Full-refund cancellation: by email for a justified reason, at least 72 h before the collection window. Later, rental may not be refunded; the deposit and unperformed transport are returned. Statutory rights remain.

All rented equipment must be returned, including the thermal blanket, first-aid kit, poncho and delivery bags. Please return everything complete, clean, dry and neatly packed in the same bags, also clean and in good condition.

Extraordinary cleaning, damage and missing items or bags may be deducted from the deposit at their justified cost. We will explain the reason and amount; normal wear and ordinary cleaning are included.
