Can I rent just one item?

Yes, with no required kit. You can book one item if equipment rental reaches €10 (final price). Delivery and deposit do not count.

Can I use trekking poles in Teide National Park?

Metal-tipped poles are prohibited throughout the National Park, even with rubber caps. The exception for ground covered by snow or ice does not guarantee that a trail is open. Always check the rules and access conditions.

Can I use equipment on Sunday?

Yes, but no Sunday handovers. Friday afternoon to Monday morning is charged as two days. Both dates must meet opening hours and at least 48 actual hours’ notice. Friday bookings cannot start Sunday.

Is the deposit the service price?

No. The deposit starts at €50 and increases with the equipment booked. It is shown separately before payment. The balance is returned after inspection; normal wear is not deducted. All equipment must be returned, including the thermal blanket and bags.

Does renting guarantee access to Teide trails?

No. Check permits, opening, weather and every mandatory item. Bring water, a charged phone and appropriate layers. We do not organise or guide hikes.

¡Una experiencia de 10 absoluta!
Fuimos a equiparnos para una ruta por la isla y menos mal que nos dejamos asesorar. La atención al cliente no es que fuera buena, fue sencillamente excelente. La persona que nos atendió se tomó todo el tiempo del mundo para escucharnos y recomendarnos exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Y digo "menos mal" porque, con lo cambiante que es el tiempo en Canarias según la zona, si no llega a ser por sus consejos habríamos estado totalmente expuestos al medio y lo habríamos pasado fatal. Se nota muchísimo cuando alguien sabe de lo que habla y se preocupa de verdad por tu seguridad.
Además, el material estaba impecable, prácticamente nuevo y de una calidad brutal, lo que te da muchísima tranquilidad en la montaña.
Para rematar, el servicio de entrega a domicilio fue comodísimo y puntual.
En resumen: un servicio top, profesional y súper humano. Se han ganado unos clientes fieles para la próxima aventura. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

What an amazing concept, and an amazing company!
I went to Tenerife to summit Teide, and unfortunately, our trekking poles got lost during the flight. I was planning on simply buying a new pair, but I quickly found Tenerife Ready.
Not only was the rental process incredibly straightforward, but I was also well past their 48-hour rental notice requirement. That didn’t stop them from helping me. They literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They delivered the trekking poles on time, kept checking in with me for updates, and made the whole experience completely stress free.
I highly recommend them. There’s really no need to bring all your gear with you, just rent what you need when you get there. The pricing is also very transparent, and the deposit refund was incredibly quick.
Great service, great concept, and genuinely great people. Highly recommended! 🙌

Nous avions besoin de sacs de couchage pour le lendemain, afin de faire l’ascension du Teide en dormant au refuge d’Altavista, nous avons pu nous arranger pour les récupérer en 24h à Puerto Fantasy a Puerto de la Cruz. Service hyper efficace, rapide, simple, serviable et pas cher ! Je recommande fortement si besoin de matériel de randonnée à Tenerife

Viajamos desde Madrid y alquilamos dos sacos de dormir y dos palos de trekking con Tenerife Ready. Todo fue fenomenal: los sacos estaban limpios, cómodos y en perfecto estado; los palos resultaron muy útiles y cumplieron perfectamente su función durante las rutas.
El trato fue espectacular desde el principio. Nos atendieron con mucha cercanía, resolvieron nuestras dudas y facilitaron muchísimo la recogida. Se nota el cuidado que ponen tanto en el material como en la experiencia del cliente.

La atención y el compromiso de esta empresa es increíble.
Siempre atentos y cuidando cada detalle con mimo y cariño. El equipamiento está impecable y de buenísima calidad. Pudimos disfrutar muchísimo del paisaje y de los lugares que no recomendaron, el chaval que no atendió se notaba a leguas que es una persona criada en la isla, conocedora de cada rincón y un enamorado de su tierra, te aconseja las mejores rutas y los caminos mas seguros para que vivas una experiencia única. Sin duda, repetiremos.
